North & Central Asia

China has become increasingly open to change since the beginning of the war.  Still, not much has changed, but Beijing, Xiamen, and Shanghai are beginning to resemble Hong Kong in appearance and prosperity as the Special Economic Zones, which allow foreign corporations and investments, experience more freedom and prosperity.  Although, considering a very large part of the investment is coming solely from Japan, it is making more than traditional communists a bit nervous.  Prior to the Invasion, India experienced a political collapse and revolution.  A new secular revitalized secular government was gaining power, and then the invasions came.  Suddenly the people's favor shifted to the diminishing power of Hindu fundamentalists.  They rapidly took control, but things have been far from stable.  Much of Southeast Asia's countries have their attention directed at Orrorsh and attempting to stop the horror realm.  Perhaps that's why they've overlooked horrors of a different sort in Cambodia.
