In South Africa,
civil war has erupted. The South African People's Militia has taken
all but the most vital areas of the country (Johannesburg, Cape Town, and
Pretoria) which are still in control of the Daniel Willetston government.
Neighboring countries: Namibia, Botswana, Swaziland, Mozambique, Zambia,
Zaire, Tanzania, Uganda, and Angola have likewise plummeted into war or
anarchy, often both. The only thing that seems to stem the tide of
blood is frequent lack of ammunition. Central Africa has remained
relatively stable, thanks mainly to increased demand for resources result
from the Possibility Wars. Much of the various governments trade
involves France, now the Cyberpapacy. US, Japan, England, and Germany
have tried pressuring the nations to stop trade with France, with little
avail. In northern Africa, many nations have allied against the very
powerful threat of the Nile Empire. This new economic bloc has so
far been successful in at least hindering Nile expansion.
